Our Pricing Explained.
No confusing jargon or guessing the total, just straightforward costs agreed in advance, with no hidden surprises, so you can plan a bar that fits your budget.
1. HIRE FEE & STAFFING
One booking payment, all the bar essentials sorted. Your hire fee secures your date and chosen mobile bar, plus site visits, setup, collection, glassware, licensing, ice and garnishes. The less exciting stuff matters too, and we’ve got it covered.
Your bar team is included too. Every booking comes with two friendly bar staff and a bar manager, which covers events of up to 100 guests.
Bookings start at six hours of bar service, with no cap after that. We arrive three hours before your event to set up, and travel within 50 miles of Wymondham is included.
Planning something bigger?
Extra staff can be added at £17.50 per person per hour, or a day rate if that works out cheaper. If we can keep your costs down while keeping service running smoothly, we'll always let you know.
2. MINIMUM SPEND
Every booking has a minimum spend to make the event viable. We’re not the cheapest mobile bar hire company in Norfolk and Suffolk, but price and reliability aren’t the same thing.
The minimum is an agreed drinks spend, separate from your hire fee. Guests’ purchases, prepaid tabs and drinks packages all count towards it.
We take a 25% holding deposit when you book, unless your booked package covers the minimum. Exceed the minimum, and we refund your deposit in full after the event. Fall short, and you pay the difference. All agreed, all transparent upfront.
3. OPTIONAL ADD-ON PACKAGES
Make the bar part of your celebration with optional extras that fit your vibe. From a cocktail hour to a prepaid drinks tab or an open bar package, choose how you’d like to treat your guests.
Keep it simple or make drinks a bigger part of the day; it’s always your call. We’ll explain the options, agree on costs upfront, and show you how the package counts toward your minimum spend. No pressure to add more, just flexibility to fit your day.
