Travel and coverage
We keep travel simple:
Coverage: Travel within 50 miles of Wymondham is included. If you're further away, we'll quote any extra travel costs before you book.
Arrival: We arrive three hours before your event starts, so the bar is set up, stocked and ready before your first guest walks in.
Service times: Bookings start at six hours of bar service, and there's no cap after that. Your bar runs for as long as your party does.

Clear pricing, no surprises
Our hire fee is £200, and that includes your bar, your team of two bar staff and a bar manager, setup, glassware, licensing, ice and garnishes. A standard minimum drinks spend of up to £1,800 applies, and guest purchases, prepaid tabs and packages all count towards it. We'll explain everything before you book.
