Wedding bar hire in Norfolk and Suffolk

Your wedding bar should feel like part of the celebration, not an afterthought. We bring a mobile bar, great drinks and a friendly team to weddings across Norfolk and Suffolk. From the first drink after your ceremony to last orders on the dance floor, everything is planned around you, your guests and the kind of day you want.

Your wedding bar, your way.

Some couples want a cocktail moment straight after the ceremony. Others just want cold pints, good fizz and a bar team that keeps the queue moving. Most want a bit of both. We don't start from a fixed package. We listen first, then shape the bar, the drinks and the service around your plans and your budget.

How the bar fits into your day.

  • After the ceremony: Welcome your guests with a signature cocktail, or let them loose on our Golden Hour package while you're off having photos.

  • The wedding breakfast: We can keep the bar open for guests who'd rather have a pint than another glass of wine.

  • The toast: Cover a round of fizz or a cocktail so everyone has a glass in hand for the speeches.

  • The evening party: This is where the bar really comes into its own. Draught beer, spirits, cocktails and alcohol-free options, served fast, with a team that reads the room.

  • Last orders: Bookings start at six hours of bar service, with no cap after that. If the dance floor's still full, we're still pouring.

Ways to cover the drinks.

  • Cash and card bar: Guests buy their own drinks. We take all cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Prepaid tab: You set an amount, and drinks are free for guests until it runs out.

  • Open bar: Cover your guests' drinks for part or all of the night.

  • A mix: Lots of couples cover the welcome drinks and the toast, then switch to a cash bar for the evening.

Guest purchases, prepaid tabs and packages all count towards your minimum spend.

Wedding venues we love.

We've set up our bars at some beautiful wedding venues across both counties, including:

  • Voewood, Holt: An Arts and Crafts country house with gardens made for big summer parties.

  • Glebe Farm Barn, Carleton Forehoe: A Georgian barn on a working farm, just outside Wymondham.

  • Abbey Hall, Eye: A restored 16th-century bake and brew house set in water meadows.

  • Crow's Hall, Debenham: A moated Tudor manor with an impressive long barn. It's a dry-hire venue, so you choose your own bar.

Booking your wedding bar.

  2. Get your quote: We'll talk through your plans and send you a clear quote, with no hidden extras.

  3. Secure your date: Pay the £200 hire fee and a 25% holding deposit against your minimum spend, unless a booked package already covers it.

  4. Fine-tune the details: Closer to the day, we'll confirm your bar, drinks and timings.

Wedding bar questions.

Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. The amount depends on your wedding, including guest numbers, but it's almost always capped at £1,800. The 25% holding deposit is refunded in full if your minimum is exceeded. If your wedding doesn't need a minimum spend, we won't apply one.

Can we bring our own alcohol?
You can't stock the bar with your own alcohol unless you book dry hire. If you're planning to supply your own table wine or reception drinks, tell us early and we'll talk it through.

Do we need to sort the licence?
No, we handle it. We either apply for a Temporary Event Notice, which needs at least three weeks' notice, or work under your venue's licence.

How many bar staff will we have?
Two bar staff and a bar manager are included for weddings of up to 100 guests. For bigger weddings, we'll recommend the right number of staff.

What about guests who don't drink?
We serve soft drinks and alcohol-free options, and alcohol-free cocktails can be added to your cocktail menu.
